Yoga is for everyone and is an awareness practice. The main objective of this course is to teach you the fundamentals of a balanced yoga practice - postures, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation - in an inclusive way.
You will learn the fundamentals of yoga to build a strong foundation and understanding of yoga.
Every class will contain elements of rounded yoga practice:
physical postures - to strengthen and tone the body and increase mobility
meditation – introduction to Buddhist mindfulness practices
breathwork - simple breathing practices to boost mood and balance the nervous system
relaxation – can you believe we have to learn that? But we do.
